paradox

there are morning people and there are night people and i am the latter. i love the quiet of night, the stars, the finality and feeling of accomplishment that comes at the end of the day. but when i sleepily look up to sights like this one, first light filtering through leaves and magically illuminating spots far into the forest, i am in awe. and it makes me wish yet again that i could be a morning person.

I'm a very early morning person and I like to watch the sun come up. I'm up before dawn, even in the summer, and am excited about the start of a new day. I like the evenings too, but look forward to going to bed too much. It's so cozy to lie under the duvet in the semi-dark.

one of the beautiful things I appreciate most about nature is when the sun shines and it shares some streak of light to the trees.

Just stay up all night and you can be both.

I know that feeling! There are beautiful sights and sounds in the morning, and on those rare occasions when I experience them, I wish I could be a morning person. I don't think that's gonna happen.....

me too! I'm such a night person, but I wish I was a morning person!

they are reminiscent of the evenings spent in the province, when the full moon shines around you which makes you feel it's morning but the mind wants sleep and the body aches to rest. lovely sight.

I try to be both -- not very successfully, though. I don't like to miss the sunrise or the sunset, but sometimes I just need to settle for one. And that's ok.

i used to be a night person buts its when i started having a group who enjoyed the morning walks that i learned to appreciate...its so nice to wake up ahead of the sun and to feel the fresh air in the early dawn...

Gorgeous photo! Well, my confession is that I am not a morning person most of the time - sometimes I am...bit of an oxymoron...but there ya go. Greetings from an upside down Aussie!
