tea time - or coffee?

seems more and more, i turn to tea over coffee in the wintertime. it warms these bones, soothes a dry, scratchy throat, and smells fragrant and light. earl grey, ginger, english breakfast, lemon zinger, chai, all served steaming hot and laced with local honey from a young friend's bees. for breakfast, i need hot coffee, at least one cup, all year round. in summer, i'll drink iced coffee, and likely too much of it! but on sharply crisp, bright winter afternoons like this one, i'll take a mug of hot tea. how about you?

I love coffee in the morning, and decaf tea in the afternoon. I chuckle when watching British dramas on Netflix because every happening must be observed over tea.

One cup of coffee first thing, to get me going, and a cuppa tea in the afternoon, especially if I am with someone else. I consider tea more of a social beverage. I don't care for orange pekoe (aka dishwater) but do enjoy Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Lemon Ginger and Rooibos. Today I bought some Coconut Mango tea just to try out.

I do have to have about two cups of coffee in the morning, either with caffeine or if I can find a good decaf than that will be my choice. I also like tea in the afternoon or early evening in the winter. Must be the British in me, of which I have not one single gene.

Hi, Chris! Good morning. I am coffee in the a.m. Then tea all day. This winter I call it medicinal. I like green tea, local honey and ginger root steeped to warm me up and keep the winter colds away! Hope you are having a good winter.
