no, no, no. not THAT big a redo. i know neither of those.^ sanding, staining, refinishing, painting, new fixtures, maybe some additional lighting for these old eyes. and after 30 years, finally adding upper cabinets. it's huge for me.

You are a brave woman. I really want to do something to my old kitchen but I have to force myself just to do a good cleaning. I am so proud of you. I am anxious to see how this goes for you. Maybe, if you survive, I will make myself do something!
